LESSON 1 — IMAGE PROMPT FOUNDATIONS Start with the outcome: what should the finished image communicate? Then describe the subject, action, wardrobe or objects, environment, composition, lighting, camera perspective and photographic finish. THE WORKFLOW 1. Upload or describe your visual reference. 2. Ask ChatGPT to identify visible details only. 3. Organise the details into subject, scene, styling, composition, lighting and camera. 4. Add identity-preservation instructions when using a personal reference. 5. Remove contradictions and vague filler. 6. Generate, review and refine one variable at a time. PRACTICE: Choose one reference image and ask ChatGPT to reverse-prompt its composition, lighting and camera angle. Then rewrite the prompt for a different setting without changing the intended subject.

LESSON 2 — VIDEO PROMPTING A strong video prompt describes what changes over time. Separate the scene into subject action, camera movement, environment movement, transition and final frame. CAMERA LANGUAGE • Push-in: the camera moves closer to the subject. • Pull-back: the camera retreats to reveal more of the scene. • Tracking: the camera travels alongside a moving subject. • Pan: the camera rotates horizontally from a fixed position. • Tilt: the camera rotates vertically. • POV: the camera acts as the viewer's eyes. SEAMLESS TRANSITIONS Describe the first frame, the movement that motivates the transition, the visual bridge, and the final frame. Keep lighting direction, subject identity, wardrobe and spatial logic consistent. PRACTICE: Choose a short reference clip. List every camera move and transition in order, then ask ChatGPT to turn the sequence into a time-coded video prompt.
